「高鐵 8 周年大抽獎」活動條款及細則

香港鐵路有限公司（「港鐵公司」或「我們」）舉辦名為「高鐵 8 周年大抽獎」活動（「抽獎」）。 MTR Mobile的會員（「會員」）可參與有關推廣活動，活動日期為2026年9月23日、2026年9月30日及 2026年10月7日上午9:00 至 下午6:00（「推廣期」），以港鐵公司的系統時間記錄為準，逾期參加恕不受理。 任何爭議，概以港鐵公司的紀錄為準。

  1. 參加者於推廣期內，透過 MTR Mobile 成功進入活動網頁，參與問答遊戲並進行抽獎， 即有機會贏取指定奬品。得獎名額共818,405份。逾時未能參與之會員均不能參加抽奬活動。
  2. 參加者必須為持有有效 MTR Mobile 賬戶的會員並登入 MTR Mobile 方可參加問答遊戲、抽獎及有機會得獎。 每名MTR Mobile賬戶持有人於每個抽獎日內可抽獎一（1）次，並於推廣期內合共最多可獲得三（3）次獎賞。
  3. 參加者完成並成功答中一（1）條題目後，即可進入抽獎頁面，如答案錯誤，參加者可再次回答問題。 參加者可於抽獎頁面按「立即抽獎」，進行一次「即時抽獎」。 港鐵公司所授權是次抽獎活動之系統供應商 Caocao Limited 於參加者參與抽獎時，即時隨機產生抽獎結果。
  4. 參加「抽獎」，有機會贏取以下的獎品（「獎品」）：

  5. 港鐵公司將於每個抽獎日結束後七日內，將獎品存入得獎者的有效MTR Mobile賬戶， 並透過MTR Mobile賬戶內的「信箱」發出獎品存入通知。 於2026年9月23日得獎的獎品將於2026年9月30日或之前存入； 於2026年9月30日得獎的獎品將於2026年10月7日或之前存入； 於2026年10月7日得獎的獎品則將於2026年10月14日或之前存入。 得獎者須於指定期限內，按照相關指示於MTR Mobile的「我的收藏」內開啟相關禮券， 並透過指定地點或平台完成獎品換領。
  6. 活動完結聲明將於2026年10月14日在星島日報及英文虎報內刊登。
  7. 獎品須於指定日期內換領及使用。逾期的獎品將被取消及刪除。
  8. 得獎者須於推廣期內及至領取奬品時必須持有有效的MTR Mobile賬戶，方可獲得獎品。
  9. 獎品須受個別條款及細則約束。除「高速鐵路音樂盒」、「高速鐵路文具套裝」、「港鐵車站商店購物現金券（香港西九龍站）（價值港幣 20 元）」及「88 MTR 分」由港鐵公司提供外，其他獎品均由第三方供應商或服務提供者提供。 有關第三方獎品的換領及使用須受相關供應商或服務提供者的適用條款及細則約束。港鐵公司並非有關產品或服務之供應商，亦不會就其質素、供應情況或表現承擔任何責任。
  10. 港鐵公司僱員可參加是次抽獎活動，並須受本條款及細則約束。 港鐵公司僱員中獎機會與所有其他參加者均等。
  11. 所有抽奬活動的奬品確認後不得更改、轉讓予他人、取消、撤回或兌換現金。 一切有關抽獎活動之日期及時間，包括但不限於得獎結果公佈， 均以港鐵公司的系統時間記錄為準。任何爭議，概以港鐵公司的紀錄為準。
  12. 如港鐵公司合理認為任何參加者涉及欺詐、濫用、不當行為、提供虛假或具誤導性資料、 違反本條款及細則，或以任何方式干擾抽獎活動之正常運作， 港鐵公司保留取消其參加資格之權利，及從有關會員之MTR Mobile賬戶內扣除已送出之獎賞，而毋須事先通知。
  13. 港鐵公司或其關聯機構不會作出任何形式的陳述或保證，無論明示或暗示。 在最大限度的法律許可範圍內，港鐵公司及其關聯機構否認作出任何擔保。
  14. 在最大限度的法律許可範圍內，港鐵公司不承擔任何因為參與此抽獎活動或與其相關所引起之 任何直接或間接之損失或損壞（包括任何相應而生的、特別或懲罰性的損害）。
  15. 會員能否參與及完成此抽獎活動，取決於所用的流動裝置型號及網絡性能。 港鐵公司不擔保本程式可以順利運作。如因系統更新或維修、裝置型號、網絡、技術、 駭客活動、無法或延誤參加抽獎活動、活動無法或延誤進行及/或任何不可抗力的理由， 導致獎賞遺失、延遲/無法接收或無法兌換，港鐵公司概不負任何法律責任。 任何情況下，恕不補發獎賞。
  16. 作為MTR Mobile會員，你毋須就參加此抽獎活動而提供額外個人資料。 有關MTR Mobile及此抽獎活動的私隱政策，請按此細閱收集個人資料聲明， 有關聲明藉此提述被納入本協議之中。
  17. 一切紀錄均以香港鐵路有限公司電腦系統顯示為準。
  18. 本協議受中華人民共和國香港特別行政區法律管轄，並按香港法律闡釋。
  19. 《合約（第三者權利）條例》不適用於本條款及細則。
  20. 中英文版之內容如有歧義，概以英文版本為準。

Terms and Conditions of the “High Speed Rail 8th Anniversary Lucky Draw”

MTR Corporation Limited (“MTRCL”) will launch “High Speed Rail 8th Anniversary Lucky Draw” (the “Lucky Draw”) for MTR Mobile Members (“Members”). The lucky draw campaign will be held from 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM on 23 September 2026, 30 September 2026 and 7 October 2026 (the “Promotion Period”), based on the time records of the server of MTRCL. Late participation will not be accepted. In case of any dispute, the decision of MTRCL shall be final and binding.

  1. During the Promotion Period, members who successfully enter the campaign page via MTR Mobile, complete and correctly answer the quiz question, and enter the Lucky Draw will stand a chance to win a designated prize. There will be 818,405 prize winners during the lucky draw. Members who fail to participate within the designated time slot are not eligible for the lucky draw.
  2. Members are required to have a valid MTR Mobile account and log in to MTR Mobile, in order to participate in the quiz and the Lucky Draw and to have a chance to win a prize. Each Member can draw once (1) on each lucky draw day with a maximum of three (3) prizes during the Promotion Period.
  3. After completing the quiz and correctly answering one (1) question, Members may proceed to the Lucky Draw page. If a Member answers the question incorrectly, Member may attempt the question again. On the Lucky Draw page, Members may select "Draw Now" to participate in one (1) instant lucky draw. Caocao Limited, the system provider authorised by MTRCL for this Lucky Draw, will instantly and randomly generate the Lucky Draw result when a Member participates in the Lucky Draw.
  4. By participating in the Lucky Draw, Participants stand a chance to win one of the following prizes “Prizes”:

  5. MTRCL will credit the prize to the Winner’s valid MTR Mobile account within seven days (7) after the end of each Lucky Draw Day and issue a prize credit notification through the “Inbox” of the relevant MTR Mobile account. Prizes won on 23 September 2026, 30 September 2026 and 7 October 2026 will be credited to the Winner’s valid MTR Mobile account on or before 30 September 2026, 7 October 2026 and 14 October 2026 respectively. The Winner must, within the specified redemption period, follow the relevant instructions to open the applicable Gift Voucher under “My Collections” in MTR Mobile and redeem the prize at the designated location or through the designated platform.
  6. The conclusion statement of this Lucky Draw will be published in Sing Tao Daily and The Standard on 14 October 2026.
  7. Each Prize must be redeemed and used within its designated validity period. Any Prize not redeemed or used by the applicable deadline will be forfeited and removed without further notice.
  8. Winners must hold a valid MTR Mobile account during the promotion period and at the time of claiming the prize, in order to receive the prize.
  9. Each Prize is subject to its respective terms and conditions. Except for the “High Speed Rail Music Box”, “High Speed Rail Stationery Set”, “MTR Shops Cash Coupon (Hong Kong West Kowloon Station) (valued at HK$20)” and “88 MTR Points”, which are provided by MTRCL, all other Prizes are provided by the relevant third-party suppliers or service providers. The redemption and use of any third-party Prize shall be subject to the applicable terms and conditions of the relevant supplier or service provider. MTRCL is not the supplier or service provider of such third-party products or services and shall not be responsible for their quality, availability or performance.
  10. MTRCL employees are eligible to participate in the lucky draw. They have an equal chance of winning the prize with all other users.
  11. Prizes cannot be transferred to another person, cancelled, reversed nor exchanged for cash. All dates and time (including but not limited to the time of the draw result announcement) are based on the time records of the server of MTRCL. In any case of disputes, MTRCL’s records shall prevail.
  12. MTRCL reserves the right to disqualify any participant and to debit from the relevant user's account an amount equivalent to any reward received under this promotion, without prior notice, if, in MTRCL's reasonable opinion, the participant has engaged in fraud, abuse, misconduct, provided false or misleading information, breached these Terms and Conditions, or otherwise interfered with the proper operation of the Lucky Draw.
  13. Neither MTRCL nor its affiliates make any representations or warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MTRCL and its affiliates disclaim any warranty.
  14. MTRCL accepts no liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage (including any consequential, special, or exemplary damages) arising from the participation in the lucky draw or relating thereto, to the maximum extent permissible by applicable law.
  15. Whether a user can join and complete the lucky draw is subject to the device model used and network performance. MTRCL will neither guarantee the smooth operation of the lucky draw, nor bear any legal responsibility for any offers that are lost, delayed, not received or not redeemed due to any issues relating to system updates/maintenance, device model, network, technology, hacking, unsuccessful/delayed participation in or operation of the lucky draw, and/or any other uncontrollable events. Offers will not be reissued under any circumstances.
  16. As an existing Member of MTR Mobile, you are not required to provide any additional personal data to us in order to participate in the lucky draw. For information about the privacy policies and practices of this lucky draw and MTR Mobile in general, please click here for the Personal Information Collection Statement ("PICS") which is incorporated into these terms and condition by this reference.
  17. All records from the system database of MTRCL are the only official and correct version.
  18. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China.
  19. The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance shall not apply to the terms and conditions herein.
  20. The English version shall prevail if there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions.
  21. In case of any dispute, the decision of MTRCL shall be final and binding. For any enquiry, please call the MTR Points Service Hotline at 2993 4375.
